Ashley S. A. Jackson, Esq.

Ashley is a global data & A.I. legal expert,  business owner and consultant, non-profit founder and community college professor.

 

Ashley leads the legal privacy team at the Mayo Clinic, where she is responsible for advising on the handling of patient data and artificial intelligence initiatives. Previously she was deputy general counsel at a healthcare artificial intelligence startup company and the U.S. and Canada Privacy Leader at GE Healthcare. Ashley holds certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in U.S., European, and Canadian privacy laws. She is a licensed attorney in Illinois, California, and Massachusetts.

 

In addition to her law practice, she is the chair of paralegal studies and associate professor at Oakton College, and a co-founder and board president of Community Justice Alliance in California. She also maintains a portfolio of businesses, including Halo 7 Rum, which she owns with her god sister, JeNai Stanley.

 

She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Ashley holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and her J.D. from Boston University.
